1.1) a) The contents of this website
remain the property of Direct Marketing UK and are as such subject to
copyright. Any reproduction of this website or its
content in whole or in part, without written
consent, is strictly prohibited under copyright law.
Income expectations for each Home Business
Mailwealth Program member depends on many factors
and may vary between individuals. Individual success
can be related to, but not limited to, the amount of
work each individual applies to the success of their
Home Business Mailing Program work at home business.
1.2) a) The processing fee is to help cover
administrative expenses required to process each new
applicant and will only be refunded after having
submitted 100 envelopes according to our
instructions. b) At no time does Direct
Marketing UK require its members or anyone who will
perform the represented tasks to purchase additional
programs, brochures, instruction booklets,
kits, directories, or similar information materials, memberships in cooperative
associations, or other items or services. c) The
business of each Home Business Mailwealth Program
member will consist mainly of processing and securing envelopes, and
promoting marketing information material through ad placements
according to instructions. Direct Marketing Uk
guarantees a payout to members of £1.60 per envelope
mailed in to us us and a further £5 for every order
your mailings generate. d) Direct
Marketing UK provides its members with instructions,
marketing materials, members area online access,
customer and member support, free advertising
resources, and a customised unique username and
password for use in the online members area.
1.3) a) Each member is not an employee of
Direct Marketing UK and is classed as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR under the
licensing and franchising of Direct Marketing UK.
Direct Marketing UK does not withhold any income
taxes from Home Business Mailwealth Program members'
earnings. b) Direct Marketing UK Ltd is selling a
lucrative business concept and for that reason,
cannot reveal the plan to its entirety. c) WE WILL NOT
BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR OTHER CLAIM
AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE
HOME BUSINESS MAILWEALTH PROGRAM
Refund Policy
2.1) Products purchased that are downloadable or include
downloadable products are NOT refundable. Products
purchased that are not downloadable (CD, Diskette,
or Hard Printed Versions) may be returned for
a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges
of £10.00. However, before any product may be
returned, the customer must return to Direct
Marketing UK Ltd a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return
Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after
the customer informs Direct Marketing UK Ltd that
they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must
notify Direct Marketing UK Ltd within 7 days of your
original purchase date, that you desire a refund for
the product purchased.
2.2) The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be
returned to Direct Marketing UK Ltd by regular mail
only (no e-mail), within 7 days, in order to obtain
a refund.
2.3) In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must
provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing
address to Direct Marketing UK Ltd. Direct Marketing
UK Ltd will not be liable for any claims of
non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of
a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an
incorrect email address and/or mailing address
provided by you to Direct Marketing UK Ltd. The
customer is responsible for providing a
correct/working e-mail address.
2.4) The Home Business Mailwealth Program
service provided by Direct Marketing UK is exempt
from the cooling off period and the right to cancel
(Distance Selling Regulations 2000 - SI 2000
No.2334). These exceptions, in
accordance to the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000, remain as the
performance of the service starts immediately and
include customised username & password, the goods supplied are
liable to deteriorate and the service includes the
supply of downloadable products. (Consumer Protection -Distance Selling-
Regulations 2000, Regulation 6.1a, 6.1c, 6.1d,
6.1e).
2.5) Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
- All requests to negate charges are investigated by
our technical department and legal department. If
you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized
card usage, we will report this to the credit card
services. This report may result in
cancellation of your card services, put negative
information on your credit report, and create
possible criminal charges that may be filed against
you.
2.6) THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE
ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE
DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF
MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE
PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO
EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any

the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund
policy is made available on our Websites. It is your
obligation to review our refund policy for any such
